Season Pass FAQs
The Flex Pass provides access every day of the winter season with the exception of the following Flex Dates: December 28-31, 2026; January 13-14, 2027; February 13-14 & 20, 2027.
Flex Pass holders have the option to purchase Flex Date access at any time at the following rates:
- $65/day Adult
- $49/day Senior
- $39/day Junior
Flex Date access will be available to purchase through a dedicated ticket calendar on our online store beginning in early fall 2026.
Unlimited Passes and Flex Passes (including Casablanca and Franklin County Discount Passes) are eligible to be purchased on a payment plan. There is a $50 fee to purchase on a payment plan.
The $50 payment plan fee is added to the full price of the selected pass. The total amount is then divided into four equal payments. The first payment is due at the time of purchase, with the subsequent three payments falling on June 1, July 1, and August 1.
Only passes purchased online are eligible for the Payment Plan.
Buddy Tickets are vouchers that pass holders can give to friends or family to purchase lift tickets at 50% off of the full window rate.
Buddy Tickets are included with a season pass purchase, and are loaded onto the purchaser’s Saddleback account.
To share your Buddy Tickets with friends or family, go to “Your Account” in our online store, and click on Vouchers. Locate the vouchers labeled “Buddy Tickets” and click on the “Email” button. Enter your friend or family member’s email address and click send. They will receive an email with instruction on how to redeem the Buddy Ticket voucher.
If you have a 2025/26 season pass, you are eligible to purchase a 2026/27 season pass at last year’s introductory price, if you purchase by March 31, 2026.
To renew your pass, you must be logged into the same Saddleback account you used to purchase your 2025/26 season pass. Once logged in, simply select the renewal product you would like to purchase and complete your checkout.
Your account will automatically validate your qualification to purchase the renewal product. If you are not able to complete the purchase, it is likely because your account does not qualify to purchase the selected renewal product. If you have questions, please contact our Guest Services staff at 207-864-5671.
All Saddleback Unlimited Passes (including Casablanca Passes and Franklin County Discount Passes) are eligible to purchase the Indy Add-On Pass. The Indy Add-On Pass is available to purchase through the Indy Pass website. You will be required to provide proof of your Saddleback Unlimited Pass in the form of a photo or screenshot of your purchase receipt.

Whether you are renewing a pass or purchasing one for the first time, you will be required to electronically sign the 2026/27 Saddleback Season Pass Liability Waiver and 2026/27 Saddleback Season Pass Terms & Conditions prior to checkout. You will be prompted to sign both documents as part of the online checkout process.
Note: All lift access products, including season passes, ticket packs, and lift tickets, are non-refundable and are unique to the guest to whom they are assigned at the time of purchase.
