Excited to ski or ride but still have a few questions? Read on for helpful answers to some frequently-asked questions.
Ticket Office
- Sign in to your account at shop.saddlebackmaine.com and navigate to “Account”.
- On a desktop the menu on the left will have a vouchers tab.
- On a mobile device tap “Click Here for More Account Options” to view the navigation menu.
- Select “Vouchers” and in the center of the page there are options for “My Product Vouchers” & “Other Vouchers”.
Score! You’ve received a day of skiing or riding at Saddleback. Follow these step-by-step instructions. Important: only share one voucher code per person.

- Go to shop.saddlebackmaine.com
- Enter your voucher code in the box at the top of the screen titled “YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER”
- Click the CONFIRM VOUCHER button
- A voucher validation window will pop up, click REDEEM VOUCHER
- Pick the date the person is skiing/riding
- Pick the age of the person skiing/riding
- Click ADD TO CART
- You may continue shopping or CHECKOUT
- Once you have completed shopping, you will be requested to sign into your account.
- If you have not created an account since 11/10/2022, click CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- Complete the steps for creating an account
- Once you have signed into your account, you will need to assign the products to the guests skiing
- A drop-down list will allow you to ADD GROUP MEMBER or SELECT GROUP MEMBER
- When you click, ADD GROUP MEMBER, your family/friend group will open and here you will click ADD MEMBER and enter the details of your friend/family

- You will then assign the group member to the ticket
- You will have the ability to reload a Flow Card, if you have a new card, otherwise it is a $5 fee. Click CONTINUE
- The personalized page will request you to sign the general ski waiver and agree lift tickets are non-refundable. Once completed, click CONTINUE
- You will complete your purchase and receive an order confirmation. Sometimes these order confirmation emails go to spam, so if you don’t see the email right away, please check your spam folder!
- Go to the pickup box at the mountain located in the shed by the main entrance or within the ticket office, scan the code from your email, snag that freshly printed Flow Card, and you’re free to head to the lifts!

Since you scored this show-only special, your tickets are transferable and you can share days with family/friends. You can use these vouchers to redeem tickets any day of the season.
- To view your vouchers go to the My Account page of our E-STORE.
Go to My Account > Vouchers in the left menu bar.- If you are viewing on a mobile device tap the “Click Here for More Account Options” tab to view the navigation.
- Under My Product Vouchers you will see (4) “207 Card” voucher numbers. Click to redeem now or view/print to share with a friend.

If you’re picking up a college season pass, you must present proof of active enrollment (aka a letter from your institution’s registrar stating FT status and start and end dates). You must present this information at the Ticket Office and then we can issue your season pass.
Saddleback season passholders can access perks, including buddy ticket discount vouchers, tuning discounts, retail discounts, and more.
- To view your benefits go to the My Account page of our e-store. If you have yet to log in, your username is your email on file and temporary password is winter23.
- Go to My Account > Vouchers in the left menu bar.
- Select the Other Vouchers tab to view benefits.
- Sharing a buddy voucher? You can opt to redeem or email the one-time-use voucher code to a friend. Copy & paste the voucher redemption code into the Confirm Voucher box at the top of the page.
- Please note: 50% off buddy ticket vouchers are 50% off the 24/25 WINDOW RATES. For example, the 24/25 adult window rate is $135. Adult buddy tickets are $67.50.
*All passholder benefits vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the 24/25 winter season or they will expire. Super Senior and Child 5 & Under are not eligible for pass benefits.

This is your RFID pass that will let you through the gates and onto the lift.
These flexible, all-access cards will be your go-to this season. If you have a card prior to 22/23 season then we will need to replace your current RFID card with a Flow Card. Your new Flow Card will:
- Serve as your season pass.
- A reloadable card for lift tickets, multi-day tickets, or rentals, and ski + ride lessons.
- Allow you to pass through the RFID gates at the lift.

Season passes are non-refundable. In the event that you are injured this winter, Saddleback will consider deferring the value of your season pass. Other obligations may be eligible on a case-by-case basis. Day tickets and promotional passes are not eligible for deferral.
Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to use your season pass in the current season, Saddleback will consider deferring the value of your pass to the following season.
What is a Season Pass Deferral?
This process defers the value of the season pass to the next season. The current value of the pass is determined on a case-by-case basis.
How do I submit a Deferral Request?
After completing the Request For Season Pass Deferment form, please email supporting documentation to orders@saddlebackmaine.com with “Attention: Ticket Office Manager.” The process will not start until documentation is submitted.
What can the credit be used towards?
Credit can be used for any lift ticket product during the following winter season. These include season passes, 3 & 4-day ticket packs, and single and multiday tickets.
How do I apply for my credit next year?
If approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to apply for your season pass credit.
At this time we do not offer discounts for service members.

YES! We do offer gift certificates; but there’s a few things you need to know.

We do not mail gift certificates.
Go to your confirmation email from your purchase . [Search orders@saddlebackmaine.com and check your promotional or junk folder if you can’t find it.] Then scan the QR code at the very bottom of the email at one of our pick-up boxes located in the shed by the drop off circle or next to the guest services desk in the ticket office.
If you had lost a flow card and the pickup box says no tickets found, make sure to check that you purchased a new card instead of reloading an old one.
Mountain Operations
No. The lifts are for skiers and riders only. No public foot traffic is allowed.
There is a trail from the top of tri-color to the summit. Please stay on the marked trail to preserve the delicate ecosystem, especially in spring.
We reserve the right to close access to this trail if we deem the conditions too dangerous. If you are crazy enough to ignore our warnings, you can still reach the summit via the Fly Rod Crosby and Appalachian Trails.
When in the backcountry Your Safety Is Your Responsibility. Our ski patrol are truly heroes and will help, but you need to call 911 first or make it back to the Top of the World Patrol hut by 3:30 pm for assistance.
As Saddlebackers we make sure to keep an eye on our community. If you see a collision or bad fall stop, check on the individual, and contact ski patrol if needed.

No reception? Safely travel directly to any lift and tell a liftee you need help. Make sure to know the location of the incident and communicate calmly and clearly.
The Patrol Room is found on the basement level of the lodge between the elevator and Roger Page Ski School. There is a doorbell if the door is locked.

There are no green trails off the summit. The easiest way down is via Hudson Highway off the Rangeley Express Quad.

The time you’d waste in line at any other mountain in the east would be made up in runs at Saddleback.
Roger Page Snow School
Our goal is to get you comfortable on snow. Each lesson is catered to your or the groups abilities.
Lessons can be booked online at shop.saddlebackmaine.com and over the phone if necessary, but it is not the preferred method by the Ski and Ride School. If you are unable to book a lesson online that means it is sold out. Customers can call Ski School to confirm if necessary.
Students are encouraged to arrive dressed and ready 10-15 min before their lesson. This means ticket loaded and ready to go, rentals purchased and put on before arriving at your lesson. Younger children are encouraged to arrive earlier to make sure they have enough time to get dressed before heading out. We cannot guarantee storage of belongings and encourage students to use one of the general Saddleback cubbies.
If you need to reschedule your lesson, please call our reservation desk 24 hours in advance or earlier. Lessons that are rescheduled for a different date or time will incur a $10.00 rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel your lesson, please call our reservation desk 24 hours in advance or earlier. Lessons canceled 24 hours or more in advance will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full. Browse lesson products and rates below. The Bea Wee Lollipop Race is open to ages 12 and under. Young skiers and riders can give the lollipop course a go on the Royal Tiger slope – just look for the signature lollipop signs and race flags. Join us for awards at 2:30 p.m. on the deck. Ribbons (and of course lollipops) will be given to the top three racers in all age groups.

- When: Every Sunday. The racecourse is open from 1-2 p.m. Awards at 2:30 p.m. at the base lodge deck. (Race time may change during vacation weeks)
- Location: The course will be set up on skier’s right of Royal Tiger.

Mountain Biking

The Saddleback Bike Park has six downhill trails. Don’s Delight is a two-way traffic trail, allowing uphill pedal power access as well. Bar Hopper is a green and the easiest downhill trail. View the Trail Map and MTB Report page.
Those heading downhill must yield to uphill traffic.
Yes. Rentals are available when the bike shop is open.

You can access the RLTC from the base of the South Branch Lift. Ask for a map at the Bike Shop or talk to a liftee if you need directions to the trailhead.
You are allowed to bike up to Bronco, but ask that you do not ride any higher on the mountain or any of our ski trails down. This is for safety.
No. Royal tiger is a work road, and we ask that you do not up or down it except in designated area.
Yes.
The South Branch Lift is for bike traffic only. View our Events Page to see when you can ride the Rangeley Quad for Scenic Lift Rides
No. We do not allow handlebar or tow behind trailers on our trails.
The Pub is open whenever the Bike Shop is open. There are also snacks for sale at Base Camp Supply.
