Ticket Packs are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Each pack can only be used by one skier/rider and cannot be split up. If purchasing as a gift, please reach out to orders@saddlebackmaine.com to assist with your purchase and make sure the tickets are properly assigned to your friend or loved one.

FAQ

What is a ticket pack, and how is it different from a multi-day ticket?

Ticket Packs are flexible lift ticket bundles (2–5 days) you can use however you like on any day during the 2026/27 season, with no blackout dates. They provide greater flexibility than multi-day tickets, which are date-specific and can only be used on consecutive days.

Do I have to use ticket pack days consecutively, or can I use them throughout the season?

You can use your ticket pack days any time throughout the 2026/27 season—back-to-back or spaced out. It’s totally up to you.

Can I split the days up between my family and friends?

No. Ticket Packs are non-transferable, which means only the person who purchased the pack can use the days. They’re linked to your name and RFID card for direct-to-lift access.

Do I need to pick dates when I buy?

Nope! Ticket Packs are totally flexible—use your days whenever you want, all season long. The best way to use them is to activate your RFID Flow Card before you arrive—usually the night before you plan to ski or ride.

What happens if I don’t use all of my days before the end of the season?

Unused days expire at the end of the 2026/27 season and do not roll over. Ticket Packs are non-refundable, so be sure to plan ahead and get those turns in while the lifts are spinning!
