Saddleback Mountain Cancellation Policy

What If I Need to Make Changes To My Visit?


Tickets and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests can receive a credit if a cancellation request is made no later than 48 hours (2 days) in advance of their day of arrival. To submit a cancellation request, forward your reason along with your order confirmation email to orders@saddlebackmaine.com. Requests must be submitted no later than 8:00 a.m. This policy applies to but is not limited to, lift tickets, lessons, rental equipment, and concert/event admission tickets. Exclusions to this policy include but are not limited to, season passes, ticket packs, and seasonal programs.  


MTB Lift Tickets & Rentals

​MTB tickets and rental services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If severe weather presents a problem and Saddleback needs to close the bike park, Saddleback will determine, based on the day/situation, if credits will be issued.


Season Passes

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you’re injured or have unforeseen life circumstances, please visit this page and fill out our request for season pass deferment. No deferment request will be accepted until this documentation is submitted.  


Ticket Packs 

Ticket pack products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining days expire at the end of the 23/24 season and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited. 


Ski Lessons & Rentals 

To best serve our guests and schedule the appropriate level of staff to accommodate, Saddleback will enforce the following rescheduling & cancellation policy for ski & ride lessons and rental reservations. Winter rental services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If severe weather presents a problem, and Saddleback needs to close the mountain, Saddleback will determine, based on the day/situation, if credits will be issued. 


If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson or rental reservation, please email skischoolinfo@saddlebackmaine.com 48 hours (about 2 days) in advance or earlier.  

If you need to cancel your lesson, you can do so for a full refund up to 48 hours (about 2 days) prior to the date of your reservation. Lessons canceled within 24 hours prior to the date of your reservation will receive a resort credit on their customer account. Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full.  


E-Store Vouchers 

Vouchers can be used for purchasing a variety of products online, including day tickets. Visit shop.saddlebackmaine.com to see your voucher codes in your customer account and purchase online. 

  • Vouchers generated during the 2023/2024 season will be valid until the end of the 2024/2025 winter season.
