Looking Ahead: Alpine Village at Saddleback

The Alpine Village project is currently on pause as we work through the permitting process with the Maine Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC). We know there’s a lot of excitement around this project, and we truly appreciate your patience as we navigate the steps needed to move things forward.

Once we have an update, Phase I of Alpine Village will include 50 thoughtfully designed condominium units along Saddleback Mountain Road—with ski-in/ski-out access via the Morning Glory trail and over 600 acres of terrain right outside your door. Each unit will offer around 838 square feet of living space, comfortably sleeping up to six people. They’ll be move-in ready, competitively priced, and built for life on the mountain.
