Lift Access Products Terms of Use & Fraud Policy
**Effective 12.1.2025**
All lift access products, including season passes, ticket packs, and lift tickets, are non-refundable and are unique to the guest to whom they are assigned at the time of purchase. Lift access products cannot be transferred to or shared with another user.
Any attempt to share or otherwise transfer a lift access product will be considered fraudulent use, and the offending parties will be subject to the following measures:
Product Holder:
- 1st Violation: The lift access product will be deactivated, and the product holder (the person to whom the product is assigned) will be charged a $100 re-activation fee. The product will remain inactive until the fee is paid.
- 2nd Violation: The product will be deactivated and the product holder will lose their lift privileges for a period of 30 days.
- 3rd Violation: The product will be permanently deactivated, and further action may be taken against the product holder at Saddleback’s discretion.
Product User:
- 1st Violation: The individual misusing the lift access product will be required to purchase a valid lift access product at the full window rate before they are allowed to continue skiing or riding.
- 2nd Violation: The individual misusing the lift access product will be charged a $100 fee and will be required to purchase a valid lift access product at the full window rate before they are allowed to continue skiing or riding.
- 3rd Violation: The individual will be barred from skiing or riding at Saddleback for the remainder of the season.
