Looking Ahead: Alpine Village at Saddleback
The Alpine Village project is temporarily on hold as we navigate permitting requirements with the Maine Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC). We know there is anticipation for this project and appreciate your patience as we work diligently with governing bodies to expedite this process.
When completed, Alpine Village Phase I will offer 50 thoughtfully-designed condominium units conveniently situated along Saddleback Mountain Road, providing direct access to over 600 acres of skiing and riding terrain via the Morning Glory trail. Each competitively-priced, move-in-ready unit will comfortably sleep up to six people with approximately 838 square feet of living space.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your lesson, please call our reservation desk 24 hours in advance or earlier. Lessons that are rescheduled for a different date or time will incur a $10.00 rescheduling fee. If you need to cancel your lesson, please call our reservation desk 24 hours in advance or earlier. Lessons canceled 24 hours or more in advance will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full. Browse lesson products and rates below.
