It is currently 32 degrees at the base and 29 degrees at the summit with mostly clear skies. The forecast for Friday is for a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures warming into the upper 30's providing for another great day at Saddleback. The long range forecast calls for the storm, which was coming our way, to slide off to the South and Saturday will remain dry. Grooming will take place on most of our major trails tonight and the primary surface will be a mix of machine groomed packed powder and groomed loose granular. The snow higher up on the mountain remains dry and packed powder. All 66 trails and glades are open and well covered with a 42 to 76 inch base. All 5 lifts are scheduled for full operation today starting at 9:00 AM. Our special mid-week ski & stay packages starting at $69 per person per day are available any Sunday through Thursday nights. That also includes your lift ticket. For details or a reservation call 1-877-864-5441.

Saddleback is New England's best value! Big mountain skiing, extensive snowmaking, great grooming, exciting terrain and excellent guest service all at prices most resorts left a decade ago.

Saddleback is a big mountain nestled in Maine's Rangeley Lakes Region.
