Saddleback Mountain was purchased by Boston-based Arctaris Impact Fund in January 2020, as an investment in the recovery of the region's largest employer. As a result, Saddleback's mission goes beyond getting the resort back on its feet and includes helping solve many of the challenges faced by rural communities. In addition to re-establishing Saddleback as one of the most iconic ski areas in the country, we are also working to increase affordable housing, access to childcare, providing seasonal workers with year-round benefits, and increasing access to health and wellness care for families across the region. Making all these initiatives viable requires Saddleback to perform at a high level and serve as the economic engine for the region. We are looking for candidates who want to be a part of helping us build that.

The Pub at Saddleback Mountain is looking for an experienced leader to join our team. The Front of House Manager is a full-time, year-round position and will be the direct supervisor of the bar staff, servers, hosts, and bussers. Desired applicants will be customer driven, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and ensure excellent customer service. This is an incredible opportunity to join a tight knit & dynamic team. Human Resources Manager
Saddleback Mountain in beautiful Rangeley, Maine, is hiring a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave while enforcing company policies and practices. Three years of experience in human resources and a degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
