Mark moved to Maine in 1991 to pursue an MBA, fell in love
with the state, and never left. He has over ten years of experience managing,
developing, and brokering real estate. Three years ago he discovered Rangeley
and has been drawn to the area by its overwhelming landscape. Mark spends
half-time in the Falmouth area and half-time in Rangeley pursuing brokerage/development
opportunities. |

Chris being a native of Franklin County returned to his roots
in May of 2008 as Saddleback's in-house attorney. Upon Warren Cook's appointment
to CEO/General Manager, Chris was promoted to the Director of Planning,
Development & Real Estate. Spending summers in Rangeley as a child,
and fishing and hunting in the area as an adult, Chris is familiar with
many of the unique features that make visitors return to the area each year. |

Aimee is a graduate of Rangeley Lakes Regional School and
after attending college in New Hampshire, returned home to the area she
loves. Aimee began her real estate career in June 2005 and had over 1.8
million dollars in sales in 2006. Outside of the office, Aimee is often
found enjoying the many recreational activities the area has to offer. Aimee
is an avid snowmobiler and can usually be found exploring the back woods
of the western mountains. She learned to ski at Saddleback as a young girl,
and has many fond childhood memories of her time spent on the mountain. |

Stephanie moved from NYC to Rangeley in 2003 knowing immediately
that it would be the perfect place to raise her daughter, Sophie. The past
several years have been quite the contrast from her urban background, but
the four seasons of Saddleback continue to keep her and her daughter both
healthy and happy. |
