Warren Cook: Warren is the General Manager and CEO of Saddleback. Warren oversees all resort operations. He brings extensive knowledge of the ski industry and business management. Warren is fanatical about guest service and pays attention to all the little details that add up to make a great experience for Saddleback's guests. He has worked in the ski industry since 1985, when he was president of Sugarloaf/USA. A graduate of Dartmouth College, where he was captain of the ice hockey team, Warren lives on a farm in Kingfield with his wife, Brammie, and a menagerie of pets.

Conrad Klefos: Conrad is Saddleback's Director of Marketing and Sales. A ski industry veteran and consummate marketing expert, Conrad
handles all of Saddleback's marketing for the ski resort, including all of the sales, advertising, public relations, promotions, Internet marketing and real estate marketing. Conrad has been working in the ski industry since graduating from college in 1975, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation Administration at the University of New Hampshire.

Jim Quimby: Jim is
the Mountain Operations Director at Saddleback where
he is also the former Ski Patrol Director. He has
held these positions since the Berry family bought
the mountain in 2003. He is responsible for snowmaking,
lifts, grooming, trails, ski patrol, and equipment
maintenance. Jim was born and raised in Rangeley.
He has skied most his whole life at Saddleback; Jim
calls Saddleback his baby sitter because his parents
would let him ski the mountain alone from a young
age. In the Air Force, he was certified in all three
disciplines of the Professional Ski Instructors of
America (Nordic, snowboard, and alpine). He is also
certified as a Senior Ski Patroller. His first love
is his family and his Quimby roots that run deep into
the Rangeley Region. |

JoAnne Taylor: JoAnne is Director of Hospitality. She manages all wedding and special events at the mountain, oversees the food and beverage operations, including the Swig 'n Smelt Pub, the Saddleback Express Sandwich and Coffee Bar, and the Food Court, reservations and on-mountain lodging.

Chris Farmer: Chris is the Director of Planning, Development & Real Estate, and Saddleback's in-house attorney. Chris, a native of Franklin County, spent summers in Rangeley as a child, and enjoys fishing and hunting in the area as an adult. Chris is familiar with many of the unique features that make visitors return to the area each year.

Jeff Hawksley: Jeff is the Director of the Wellness and Alpine Skiing Competition Center, and Junior Programs at Saddleback Maine. He runs the mountain's Ski and Snowboard Competition Center. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also a USSA International Level 400 Alpine Ski Coach.

Greg Andrews: Greg is the Controller and Director of Finance at Saddleback. Greg insures that Saddleback is adequately funded for its next growth phase, helps evaluate and integrate new ventures into the organization such as Saddleback's new marina in Oquossoc Cove, and manages accounting, human resources, IT and the ticket department. Greg holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BA in Economics from Colby College.

Mark Robie: Mark is the Ski and Ride School Director. Mark oversees the operation of the school and all of the ski and snowboarding instructors. Mark has been in the Western Mountains of Maine for 25 seasons, teaching skiing and snowboarding to people of all ages and abilities. Also a Master Maine Guide, he has spent his summers sharing his passion and knowledge of the outdoors. He loves to tell stories and even knows a poem or two. He lives with his wife Deborah and son Leon in Kingfield. Favorite breakfast: Eggs Benedict, but not every day.

Ian Grierson: Ian is the Director of Retail. Ian runs both the retail and rental operations at Saddleback, with over ten years of experience in ski industry retail. A graduate of St. Lawrence University in 1999, Ian has managed ski shops from Colorado to Maine with an expertise in boot fitting. During the warmer months Ian can be found on the trophy fly fishing waters of the Rangeley Lakes Region as Saddleback’s own Registered Maine Fly Fishing Guide.

Steve Alari: Steve handles the Base Area Operations, including maintenance of the base lodge, condos, and roads.
