Meisters / Mini Meisters / Adult Programs
Our Meisters program offers great instruction with a student centered philosophy for skiers and snowboarders from ages 3 to 80. A great way to meet new friends that enjoy the same terrain and speed that you do. Most programs begin December 19th and run through March 27th. These programs are popular and fun. Enrollment has more than doubled in the past three seasons!

Saddleback Alpine Training Center
Jr. Alpine Training Program — $759
The primary goal of the coaching staff is to provide a fun, friendly and supportive environment in which to learn the fundamentals of alpine skiing and competition. We believe in a systematic, progressive and planned approach to teaching sports skills and conditioning for skiers. All of our programs will provide age and skill level based methods of instruction and coaching. All participants must be able to ride all chair lifts and ski intermediate terrain at Saddleback.
Integrated Approach to Training - Coach directed free skiing - Coach directed technical training - Gate training SL-GS-SG
Participation ages 7 to 18.
Program Dates
December 6 to March 28 - 44 Days, Includes 5 days of Vacation weeks
We will have an on-mountain race series for beginning ski racers and will provide coaching support at specified off-mountain MARA events.
High School or College Training
Includes coaching $29.00 ticket $25.00 coaching
SATC is excited to offer training space for high school, middle school and college ski teams on an as available basis. We are planning to provide two hour training lanes on Saturdays and Sundays starting in early December. We also will provide coaching for teams that wish, at a per athlete price. We will also offer a ski-conditioning option at the Rangeley Rehabilitation and Wellness Pavilion where we will teach the most modern and effective training methods for both injury prevention and performance.
High School or College Training Hill Space — $29.00 ticket — $100 for 2 hours of hill space.
Starting in early December SATC is offering mid-week training packages that will include a minimum of two hours of hill space, housing in our condos on the mountain and a breakfast and lunch plan in the base lodge. With good snow making conditions we will have 285 meters of vertical drop on our widened Gray Ghost race trail available with an approx. 9 minute lift ride. With good early snow we will also have excellent training for shorter GS or SL training of 165 meters of vertical drop with a 5 minute T-Bar ride. Excellent early season training terrain. We also have perfect terrain for early season technical flats training.
Also available within a 10 minute drive is the Rangeley Rehabilitation and Wellness Pavilion that is equipped with a full gym, spin bikes, functional training equipment and tons of free weights. Your training package can also include daily use of the facility.

Our Competition Center
Saddleback has a dynamic Competition Center. Jeff Hawksley is Saddleback’s Director of the Wellness and Alpine Skiing Competition Center and Junior Programs. He oversees the mountain's Ski and Snowboard Competition Center. He is also a USSA International Level 400 alpine ski coach and has over 30 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and at the local, regional and national level. Hawksley is also the director of fitness at the Rangeley Rehabilitation and Wellness Pavilion.
