Saddleback Brings Bluegrass Festival to Rangeley~Event Slated for August 7, 2010~ RANGELEY, Maine - Saddleback Maine is holding its first Saddleback Mountain Bluegrass Festival on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010 featuring two of the top names in bluegrass music; the David Grisman Bluegrass Experience and the Del McCoury Band, along with Darol Anger, Scott Law, & Sharon Gilchrist and the Infamous Stringdusters. Held the same weekend as Rangeley's Sidewalk Art Show and Street Dance, festival activities include live music, beer gardens and Saddleback Country Style Barbecue. "We have a great line-up of bluegrass artists and the festival will be a wonderful addition to August events in the Rangeley Lakes region," says Warren Cook, CEO and general manager of Saddleback. "It is sure to be a terrific event so mark your calendars now."
Lodging and camping will be available on and off mountain. Festival will take place, rain or shine. Attendees may not bring coolers, pets or sun umbrellas. A variety of food and beverages will be available on site.
