Easter Service Held at Saddleback's Warming Hut

~ Sunday, April 4, 9:30 am ~

RANGELEY, Maine
- On Sunday, April 4, 2010 Saddleback is holding a brief Easter Service at the Warming Hut at the top of the Rangeley Chair Lift at 9:30 in the morning. Reverend Peter Panagore of DailyDevotions.org will give the service and Bob Underwood will play the bagpipes.

"It is sure to be a moving and beautiful ceremony. An Easter Egg Hunt and Costume Parade will also be held later that day, so it will be a great day to be at the Mountain," said Warren Cook, CEO and general manager of Saddleback. To attend the service a season pass or lift ticket is needed.

The Easter service will include scripture from the Gospel According to Luke, poems by Samuel Taylor Coleridge and E. E. Cummings, and several hymns including Amazing Grace and Morning Has Broken. Along with the bagpipes, there will be an accompanying singer and guitarist.

Reverend Panagore is the pastor of the First Radio Parish Church of America and Daily Devotions is broadcast on WCSH Channel 6 and WLBZ Channel 2.
