Meeting and conference services are available in the spacious new base lodge on Saddleback Mountain. We offer full catering services customized to your groups tastes and budget. The lodge is equipped with wireless internet access, and we offer use of our digital projector , screen, and wireless sound system. There are break out rooms located within the lodge. For smaller groups, our Club House is a wonderful option. It sits high on the mountain with views overlooking Saddleback Lake. Stone fireplaces in both the Club House and Base lodge add to the comfortable ambiance of the meeting spaces.

The Rock Pond and South Branch condominiums are available for your groups lodging. The one, two, and three bedroom units, offer a quiet respite at the end of the day.

During free time, let us plan some activities for you. Saddleback Lake and Rock Pond are perfect spots for a quiet paddle or to make a few casts. A hike up to the top of the mountain via the trails on Saddleback brings you to one of the most remarkably picturesque areas of the Appalachian Trail. The view is 360 degrees, mountains, lakes, and forest, from 4120 feet elevation. The Evergreen and Mingo Springs Golf Courses are nearby. The Rangeley Lakes Trail Center, located just down the access road has trails for hiking, mountain biking, nordic walking and cross country skiing.
